Modern Farmers and Representations is a partner of ROSS AFRICA and ARBOR ACRES in providing emerging and commercial farmers in Sub-Sahara Africa with fertilized eggs and day old chicks.
This can only be achieved if the necessary import documentations are provided by customers from countries of destination.
Customize and Precision feeding
Modern Farmers and Representations has partnered with the best Premix and Macro pack feed companies in Cameroon in providing precision feed to our customers at a very competitive prices.
This is achieved by constantly consult and analyzing their raw materials in order to come up with the optimal feeding formulation.
We also provides advice and support to assist clients in the use of a range of ingredients that are most valuable from a cost and performance perspective and that would be used in the most optimal way together with our premix products and macro packs under specific conditions.
ABS recognises the importance of effective Food Safety and Quality within the business and provides supports and products designed to focus upon food and ancillary industries needs and meet specific client
requirements. ABS has a competent Food safety team internationally qualified and certified in Food Safety Management Systems (ISO/FSSC 22000). ABS assists its clients in utilising training strategically and tactically to positively impact health and food safety, customer satisfaction, quality and brand standards.
Activities carried out but not limited to the following encompass:
- Develop HAACP Plan and team and training on how to
- Set food safety objectives
- Complete a food traceability activity and a root cause analysis
- Validate and verify cleaning process
- Complete a GMP audit and monitor a CCP
- Design a practical document register
- Review approved food suppliers and control maintenance contractors
- Preparing for a Product Recall
- Identify non-conforming food product
As per our mandate at ABS and Representations to develop emerging poultry farmers in Sub-Sahara Africa, we have realized that the failure of many up and coming farmers is due to a lack of information, training and experience.
Our courses are designed to empower the trainee to be able to leave with the required knowledge to succeed in their Poultry business. But
courses also cover in depth knowledge and information to also be a valuable asset to existing farmers.
